I specialize in teaching you what you need to know about nutrition, fitness, holistic health, food psychology, and building healthy habits that last for life. My clients achieve lasting results with their health and mindset because my coaching philosophy is based in the science around behavior change: in short, I only use techniques that truly work.
-
True success means you’re able to build habits and a lifestyle that lead to your health goals - and then be able to maintain that for life. To me, ‘success’ when reaching your health goals is not how fast you’re able to drop 20 pounds. This is what I teach my clients, and what I share with you across all platforms.
-
I believe you can balance all of the indulgences in life, AND still reach your health goals. I believe optimal wellbeing comes from valuing mental, physical, and emotional health - not one over the other. This balanced, holistic approach is what makes Passion for Plants a comprehensive and transformational health coaching platform: it’s about your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
-
I approach your health goals and behavior change with a nonjudgmental, compassionate philosophy, so that we can collaborate and create an action plan that feels exciting and aligned for you. I’m so thankful you’re here, and I hope you take something positive away from this space.
“The biggest transformation I’ve had working with Kathrine is learning how to process my emotions and anxieties around food. Kathrine’s researched perspective helped me more deeply understand the bigger picture.
I’ve overcome my battle with binge eating, I can recognize boredom eating AND I’ve learned how manage an obsession with restrictive eating. My only regret is not reaching out sooner. Having a professional’s opinion is an investment and given the amount of time I had spent on managing my relationship with food, our time together was worth its weight in gold.” -Era, 1:1 Coaching Client

How Are You Qualified To Help Me?
This is what I’m really passionate about: helping people untangle their stress, anxiety and fear around food, body and wellness - and creating confident, sustainable health habits and mindset around wellness.
With a B.S. in Biology, a B.S. in Psychology, along with a 2-year Master’s in Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Copenhagen, I’m uniquely qualified to help individuals transition their lifestyles to heal their relationship with food, overcome lifelong struggles around eating, and implement healthy habits that last for life.
I’ve also worked as a group fitness instructor for four years, and have clinical experience working as a health educator and health coach.
My educational background of human biology, nutrition, psychology, and fitness leads me to have a holistic overview of what’s essential for optimal health: balanced psychological, emotional, and physical wellbeing. This perspective means I’m able to help my clients create strategic changes that lead to long term habits to improve their overall health and wellbeing: relationship with food, nutrition, gut health, energy levels, fitness, confidence, and mental clarity.
